What is Dream It. Do It. Southeast Indiana?

Sponsored by EcO15, the Dream It. Do It. initiative is designed to inform you of the exciting career opportunities in advanced manufacturing and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) within ten counties (Bartholomew, Dearborn, Decatur, Franklin, Jackson, Jefferson, Jennings, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland) that make up Southeastern Indiana.

Manufacturing and STEM careers are cleaner, greener, more financially rewarding, and offer benefits and opportunity for growth more than any other industry in our region and state. These careers:

• Employ 30% of the workforce in Southeast Indiana
• Pay 20% higher than other industries
• Comprise 70% of the Hoosier Hot 50 Jobs List (High-Paying, High-Demand)
